Information in your enquiry

The website enquiry form records the name, company, contact details, service selection and message you choose to submit. Use business-relevant information and avoid passwords, identity documents, bank details or other people’s personal information.

02

Why we use it

Enquiry information is used to understand your request, route it to the relevant SHUN LINK team and respond through the contact details you provide. A service enquiry is not a confirmed booking, employment application outcome or programme enrolment.

03

Website Analytics

The public website uses Google Analytics to understand page visits and saved enquiry counts by service category, and to improve the website. Google Analytics can use cookies and collect browser, device and usage information. Our page-view setup excludes URL query strings and fragments. Our enquiry event sends only a fixed form identifier and service category; it does not send your name, contact details, shipment details, message or enquiry reference. Customer enquiries are counted separately from careers, partner and other enquiries. The tag is not included in employee dashboards, webmail or private shipment-tracking pages. Google signals and advertising personalisation are disabled in this website configuration.

Questions and corrections

To ask about your enquiry information or request a correction, contact founder@shunlink.in and identify the relevant request. Do not send passwords or sensitive documents when making a privacy enquiry.

Should I upload KYC or bank documents with my first enquiry?

No. Start with contact and requirement details. If further documentation is needed, the team will explain the appropriate process separately.
